Databricks is hiring a Forward Deployment Engineer to design and deliver custom fullstack applications on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. You'll work closely with strategic customers, leveraging your skills in data engineering and AI to create impactful solutions.
You have a strong background in software engineering, with experience in designing and delivering fullstack applications. As a Forward Deployment Engineer, you will embed directly with our most strategic customers, taking ownership of the architecture and design decisions for custom applications. You will lead the implementation of end-to-end systems that span data engineering, AI, and application development. Your role will involve designing and developing applications that bring data and AI to life for enterprise users, ensuring that solutions are aligned with customer needs and Databricks best practices. You will engage with customer teams, from technical individual contributors to executives, to deeply understand their challenges and deliver impactful solutions. Your collaboration with Sales, Product, and Field Engineering will be crucial in ensuring a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-deployment.
