You possess strong leadership skills and are adept at managing teams to achieve operational excellence. Your ability to foster collaboration and communication among team members is key to your success. You are committed to continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
Experience in cloud solutions and AI transformation is a plus, as is familiarity with Microsoft’s product portfolio. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and can effectively advocate for customer needs within the company.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of customer success programs that strengthen security, resiliency, and cloud success. You will lead a team of vendor Customer Success Architects, ensuring they deliver high-quality technical support and guidance to customers. Your focus will be on helping customers quickly realize value from their investments in Microsoft’s cloud solutions.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to align customer success initiatives with broader business goals. This includes working closely with product teams to provide feedback on customer needs and experiences, ensuring that Microsoft’s offerings meet and exceed expectations.
You will also be involved in developing and implementing strategies that promote customer engagement and satisfaction. This may include creating training materials, conducting workshops, and facilitating discussions that empower customers to leverage Microsoft’s products effectively.
