Dataiku is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to support their sales team in Japan. You'll partner with sales representatives to deliver technical support and product demonstrations. This role requires at least 10 years of experience in sales engineering with a focus on data and AI domains.
You have at least 10 years of sales engineering experience with enterprise software products, demonstrating a strong understanding of the sales process and technical requirements. Your background in data, data science, analytics, or AI domains equips you to effectively communicate the value of Dataiku's solutions to customers. You are adept at collaborating with sales representatives and managers to drive technical deal support, ensuring that customers receive clear value through engaging product demonstrations and Q&A sessions.
You thrive in a team environment and enjoy working closely with marketing and partners on pipeline-building activities. Your ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner makes you an asset in pre-sales situations. You are passionate about helping customers succeed and are committed to delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process.
Experience with AI platforms or analytics tools is a plus, as is familiarity with the Japanese market and customer needs. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the rapidly evolving field of AI and data science.
