Esri is hiring a Principal Instructor to empower customers with innovative GIS software through hands-on training and interactive instruction. You'll leverage your GIS knowledge to enhance user proficiency in ArcGIS software. This role requires strong teaching skills and expertise in GIS.
You have a strong background in teaching and a deep understanding of GIS technologies — your experience allows you to create engaging learning environments that empower users. You are skilled in developing training programs that cater to diverse audiences, ensuring that all participants can enhance their proficiency with ArcGIS software. Your ability to identify skill gaps and address them through targeted training sessions is a key strength. You stay updated on the latest GIS trends and technologies, ensuring that your training content remains relevant and impactful. In this role, you will develop and deliver training programs in various formats, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid offerings.
