Who you are

You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are eager to build a rewarding career at Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. You are passionate about delivering happiness to customers and are ready to engage with the local community. Your commitment to customer satisfaction drives you to excel in this role, where you will be a key player in reintroducing joy into the car-buying process. You are flexible and available to work shifts from 11am to 9pm, including weekends, as you understand the importance of being there for customers when they need you.

What you'll do

As a Customer Experience - Vehicle Delivery Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. You will engage with customers on the driveway, providing them with a seamless delivery experience that reflects Carvana's commitment to customer satisfaction. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community events, helping to promote Carvana's mission and values. Your role will require you to be proactive in addressing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
