Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining capacity models that determine staffing requirements and hiring needs. You will collaborate closely with other teams to ensure alignment between staffing levels and customer demand, optimizing efficiency while supporting business growth. You will also be involved in schedule optimization, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet service levels and enhance employee wellbeing.
