What you'll do

In this role, you will own and execute the Community Growth Funnel roadmap, identifying the necessary technical infrastructure and automated workflows to support community health. You will lead the design and execution of scaled tooling that enhances community engagement. Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams, you will build the technical foundation for diversified channels and ensure that community growth strategies are effectively implemented. You will also work on signal optimization, refining community health signals to pinpoint opportunities for growth and eliminate barriers.
