AuditBoard is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to lead legal negotiations and provide guidance on various transactions for the Eastern Region of the US. This role requires strong negotiation skills and experience in handling enterprise and strategic deals.
You are an experienced legal professional with a strong background in commercial law, particularly in negotiating enterprise and strategic deals. With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you have a proven track record of successfully leading legal negotiations and providing sound legal advice on various agreements, including subscription agreements and data processing agreements. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are skilled at building strong partnerships with internal teams and external clients. Your ability to navigate complex legal landscapes and provide clear guidance makes you an invaluable asset to any organization.
Experience in the tech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platforms. You are comfortable working with sensitive data and understand the importance of confidentiality and compliance in legal matters. Your strong communication skills allow you to articulate legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the negotiation process.
As the Senior Commercial Counsel at AuditBoard, you will be responsible for overseeing legal negotiations for the Eastern Region of the United States. You will work closely with Area Directors and their teams, providing legal support and guidance on a variety of transactions.
