Samsara • Remote - Mexico
Samsara is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to guide enterprise customers in adopting IoT solutions. You'll ensure customers gain business value from Samsara's products while working remotely in Mexico.
You have a proven track record in customer success, ideally with experience in the technology or IoT sectors. Your ability to build strong relationships with enterprise clients is key, as you will be their trusted advisor throughout their journey with Samsara. You understand the importance of onboarding and ensuring customers realize the full value of the products they use. You are data-driven and can analyze customer usage patterns to provide insights that drive adoption and satisfaction. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to enhance the customer experience.
Experience in a similar role within the IoT or technology space is a plus. Familiarity with data analytics tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software will help you excel in this position. A background in operations or logistics can also be beneficial, given the nature of Samsara's customer base.
