Datadog is seeking a Recruiter II for Technical Solutions to enhance the candidate experience and streamline the hiring process. You'll leverage your sourcing skills and collaborate with leadership to find top talent in Dublin and London.
You have 2-5 years of experience in full-lifecycle recruiting, either in-house or within a staffing agency environment — you understand the nuances of identifying and attracting top talent. Your sourcing skills are exceptional, allowing you to pinpoint where the best candidates are located and how to engage them effectively. You are autonomous and proactive, demonstrating a strong ability to manage the recruitment process from start to finish. You value the candidate experience and strive to ensure that every interaction reflects positively on Datadog's brand.
Experience with recruitment tools and platforms beyond Greenhouse is a plus, as is familiarity with technical roles and the specific skills required for success in those positions. You are comfortable negotiating compensation and have a keen understanding of market trends to ensure competitive offers. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work closely with leadership to design or streamline interview processes, ensuring that they are efficient and effective.
In this role, you will be responsible for finding qualified talent for open roles through various channels including sourcing, job postings, referrals, and agencies. You will screen candidates to ensure their qualifications match the open roles, providing a thorough and thoughtful evaluation process. Collaborating with leadership, you will design or streamline interview processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. You will ensure follow-up and closure for all interviewed candidates, maintaining a positive relationship regardless of the outcome. Your role will also involve negotiating compensation with qualified candidates, ensuring that offers are competitive and attractive.
You will enhance our recruitment process through training interview teams, sharing best practices, and leveraging data to improve outcomes. Utilizing Greenhouse, you will track candidate progress through the recruitment funnel, resurface existing talent, and maintain clean data for reporting purposes. Your goal is to ensure that candidates have an excellent interview experience, reflecting the values and culture of Datadog.
