Who you are
You have extensive experience in leading sales strategies, particularly in high-velocity customer segments. Your background includes managing outsourced sales programs and optimizing channel strategies to drive growth. You possess strong analytical skills and operational excellence, enabling you to influence both internal stakeholders and external partners effectively. Your experience in FinTech, PropTech, or SaaS environments has equipped you with the knowledge to navigate complex sales motions and commercial operations successfully.
You are adept at designing data-driven operating rhythms that align with business objectives. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and ensures seamless integration between Flex and its vendor organizations. You thrive in dynamic environments and are motivated by the challenge of scaling sales operations to meet the demands of a growing customer base.
Desirable
Experience in a growth-stage company is a plus, as is familiarity with the unique challenges faced by emerging SMBs. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt strategies based on market feedback and performance metrics. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and optimizing partner performance will set you apart as a candidate.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the strategy and performance of Flexβs smallest but highest-velocity customer segment. You will lead the scaling of a multi-vendor, outsourced sales ecosystem, focusing on driving efficient and predictable unit acquisition. Your responsibilities will include overseeing partner performance and ensuring alignment between Flex and vendor organizations. You will design and implement data-driven strategies to optimize sales processes and enhance customer engagement.
You will collaborate closely with the PMC Revenue Leader to develop and execute growth initiatives that align with the company's mission. Your analytical mindset will help you identify opportunities for improvement and drive operational excellence across the sales organization. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
