You are a seasoned leader with extensive experience in growth strategy, particularly within the gaming sector. Your background includes managing high-performing teams and driving revenue growth in competitive markets. You thrive in complex environments and have a deep understanding of the gaming and mobile ecosystem in China. You possess strong commercial leadership skills and are adept at engaging with senior clients and partners. Your ability to inspire and develop your team is paramount, as you focus on hiring, coaching, and performance management to ensure success. You are a strategic thinker who can define and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to gaming advertisers and publishers.
Experience in consultative sales cycles and a proven track record of new business acquisition would be advantageous. Familiarity with the latest trends in the gaming industry and a network of contacts within the sector will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
In this role, you will own and lead the growth strategy for the Gaming vertical in the Greater China Region. You will be fully accountable for revenue performance and pipeline health, ensuring long-term vertical expansion. Your responsibilities will include managing and developing a high-performing sales and growth team, focusing on hiring, coaching, and succession planning. You will define and execute vertical-specific go-to-market strategies that cater to gaming advertisers, publishers, and ecosystem partners. Your role will also involve driving new business acquisition while expanding revenue through upsells, cross-sells, and renewals across both new and existing gaming clients. You will lead complex, consultative sales cycles, ensuring that AppsFlyer is positioned as a strategic partner to leading gaming companies.
