Program Manager, Operations

Who you are

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, and you bring at least 5 years of experience in program management, particularly within operations. Your background includes overseeing complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive operational efficiency and scalability. You are skilled in developing and monitoring KPIs to track program success and identify areas for continuous improvement. You have a strong understanding of lean principles and operational best practices, which you champion across the organization. Your analytical skills enable you to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational improvements.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and manage complex operational programs from initiation through execution and delivery. You will create detailed project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure that timelines are met. As a key liaison between stakeholders, you will ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables, fostering a collaborative atmosphere. You will analyze data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement. Your leadership will drive measurable outcomes and enhance operational efficiency across the organization. You will also be responsible for developing and monitoring KPIs to track the success of the programs you manage, ensuring that continuous improvement is at the forefront of your initiatives.
