Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success operations, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams focused on maximizing customer lifetime value. Your strategic vision and operational expertise enable you to design and execute comprehensive renewal strategies that align with business objectives. You possess advanced reporting skills that help in refining strategies based on industry trends and customer feedback.

You excel in fostering cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance teams to synchronize renewal goals and uncover growth opportunities. Your ability to maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape allows you to proactively mitigate churn risks and enhance customer experience.

Your experience in managing the end-to-end renewal process ensures timely and accurate renewals, upsells, and expansions. You are adept at optimizing processes and tools to boost efficiency and scalability in renewal management, which is crucial for driving business growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Renewal and Customer Success Operations team, overseeing the entire renewal process and ensuring that all operations align with the company's revenue targets. You will design and implement strategies that elevate customer experience and optimize revenue streams.
