Overview

Behavox is seeking a Customer Success Manager 3 to drive customer value and ensure zero churn. You'll leverage business acumen to help customers achieve their KPIs and expand their business through upsells. This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally with experience in a technology-driven environment. Your strong business acumen allows you to understand customer needs and craft tailored solutions that drive value. You excel in building relationships and have a knack for identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You are data-driven, using metrics to measure success and guide your customers towards achieving their goals. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. You are proactive in addressing customer concerns and are committed to delivering exceptional service. You understand the importance of customer feedback and use it to improve processes and offerings.

Desirable

Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with data analytics and AI/ML solutions. You have a passion for technology and a desire to help customers leverage data to drive their business forward. A background in project management or experience with customer onboarding processes would be beneficial.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Behavox, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers derive maximum value from our data operating platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and help them define their key performance indicators (KPIs). Your role will involve coordinating the delivery of functional deliverables and ensuring that customers are primed for long-term success. After the go-live phase, you will focus on measuring the success of the program and guiding customers on how to optimize their use of our solutions. You will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for upselling and expanding your book of business. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust with customers will be crucial in achieving zero churn and fostering long-term relationships.
