Who you are

You have a solid background in backend software engineering, with experience in designing and implementing scalable and resilient solutions. You are comfortable working in agile environments and collaborating with multiple teams within a fintech context. Your analytical thinking and initiative drive you to deliver high-quality technical solutions. You have a strong understanding of backend technologies, particularly TypeScript, and are familiar with cloud services, especially AWS. You are committed to maintaining high standards in code quality and testing, ensuring that your contributions meet the company's technical requirements. You enjoy mentoring others and actively participate in code reviews to promote best practices.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable backend solutions using TypeScript. You will execute defined projects, ensuring that you define appropriate solutions and implement best practices throughout the development process. You will take ownership of technical deliveries and ensure compliance with deadlines, contributing to the overall stability and growth of the company's platforms. You will develop and maintain robust APIs for both internal and external consumption, integrating and optimizing cloud services under serverless architectures. You will apply domain-driven design principles in modeling business solutions and participate in the design and maintenance of distributed systems and event-driven architectures. Additionally, you will manage NoSQL databases, such as DynamoDB and MongoDB, and implement automated unit and integration tests. You will actively engage in agile ceremonies, including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to foster a collaborative team environment.
