What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the architecture of Dandy's business logic and data products, focusing on the modeling and transformation aspects of ELT. You will build and manage a high-performing team that is responsible for developing durable, high-performance data assets that the business relies on. Your leadership will empower your team to act as a force multiplier for data science and analytics, ensuring that insights are derived efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable data products. You will also be responsible for establishing best practices in data governance and quality assurance, ensuring that the data products meet the highest standards of reliability and performance. As a guardian of the data architecture, you will continuously evaluate and improve the data processes to support the company's ambitious mission of transforming the dental industry through technology.
