Overview

JumpCloud is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to manage a hybrid Book of Business for North American and LATAM markets. You'll focus on driving renewals and upsell opportunities while collaborating with channel partners. This role requires strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in managing commercial accounts and driving revenue growth. You understand the importance of customer relationships and are skilled at negotiating and discussing value with clients. Your analytical skills allow you to assess customer usage data and health metrics effectively, ensuring that you can identify upsell opportunities and protect revenue through timely renewals.

You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site and remote work effectively. You are comfortable working within a specific shift that aligns with the regional requirements of your role. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success and Marketing, is essential for ensuring that your customers are enabled and successful.

Desirable

Experience in the IT or SaaS industry is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in managing accounts within this space. Familiarity with channel partner ecosystems and the ability to drive mutual growth through collaboration will set you apart. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities for professional development and are eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a high-volume portfolio of accounts, acting as the commercial owner for your territory. Your primary focus will be on protecting revenue through timely renewals and identifying upsell opportunities. You will lead commercial negotiations and value discussions with direct customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they see the value in continuing their partnership with JumpCloud.

For partner-managed accounts, you will work closely with the channel ecosystem to drive mutual growth. This involves collaborating with partners to ensure that they are equipped to support their customers effectively. You will own forecasting and reporting on Net ARR, providing insights that will help shape the strategy for your territory.

You will also collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure that your customers are enabled and successful. This includes sharing insights from your portfolio that can inform marketing strategies and customer engagement initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in driving the overall success of JumpCloud's commercial efforts in the Americas.
