Coupang is hiring a Senior Product Manager for their Fashion division to enhance the selection and management of fashion products. You'll be responsible for sourcing new vendors and analyzing fashion trends to drive sales. This role requires significant experience in the fashion industry and strong negotiation skills.
You hold a bachelor's degree and have over 12 years of relevant experience in the fashion industry, particularly in the shoes category. Your background includes roles as a brand manager, sales, or channel marketing in manufacturing, or as a direct purchasing buyer or e-commerce MD in retail. You are passionate about your work and possess strong data processing and analysis skills, particularly with Excel. Your experience in B2B sales and negotiation is exceptional, allowing you to effectively source new partnerships and drive revenue growth. You have a vision for growth and innovation, and you can execute plans to achieve ambitious goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing new partners to increase sales and negotiating with them to create profitable collaborations. You will continuously collect and analyze data on fashion trends to build a selection that meets customer needs with high accuracy. Strengthening partnerships and discovering high-potential new vendors will be key to enhancing market competitiveness. You will regularly review category performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to assess achievement against targets and develop plans for exceeding those goals. Sharing experiences and expertise with colleagues to foster mutual growth will also be an essential part of your role.
