InterSystems is seeking an Account Executive to manage relationships with healthcare organizations and drive sales revenue. This role requires experience selling clinical systems to senior-level executives in health systems.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the healthcare sector, with at least 5 years of experience managing accounts and driving revenue growth. Your expertise includes selling clinical and operational systems to Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and health systems, where you've successfully engaged with senior-level executives such as CXOs and VPs. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to build and maintain relationships across various organizational levels. You are adept at developing sales strategies that align with the needs of healthcare organizations, ensuring that you can effectively introduce and promote InterSystems' products and services.
Experience with health informatics platforms or similar technologies is a plus, as is familiarity with the healthcare industry's regulatory landscape. You are comfortable using CRM tools to manage your pipeline and track customer interactions, and you have a data-driven approach to decision-making, allowing you to provide valuable feedback on product performance based on customer insights.
As an Account Executive at InterSystems, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of prospective and existing end-user accounts, focusing on hospitals and IDNs. Your primary goal will be to generate sales revenue while ensuring productive and profitable business relationships. You will introduce InterSystems' innovative products and services to health systems, building a robust pipeline of new business opportunities. You will plan and execute sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of healthcare organizations, driving new business revenues and enhancing existing relationships.
You will act as the principal liaison between InterSystems and your accounts, developing and continuously updating account profiles to reflect the evolving needs of your clients. By utilizing internal resources effectively, you will achieve your sales objectives and provide high levels of service to your accounts. Your role will also involve gathering and providing feedback from customers regarding product performance, which will be crucial for informing future product development and enhancements.
