Vacasa is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform general repairs and preventative maintenance across multiple vacation rental properties. This role requires problem-solving skills and a valid driver's license.
You are a proactive Maintenance Technician who enjoys variety in your work and takes pride in keeping properties in top condition. You have a knack for problem-solving and are dedicated to providing excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction. You understand the importance of preventative maintenance and are comfortable troubleshooting issues related to appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and wifi. You possess a valid driver’s license and are at least 18 years of age, ready to travel between multiple vacation rental properties daily.
In this role, you will be responsible for completing maintenance tasks and projects as assigned, ensuring that all properties meet company standards for guest satisfaction and efficiency. You will perform general repairs and preventative maintenance, addressing issues as they arise to maintain the quality of the vacation rentals. You will coordinate with third-party vendors for specialized repairs and participate in on-call coverage for urgent maintenance issues. Your role will involve a variety of tasks, from fixing appliances to ensuring HVAC systems are functioning properly, all while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Vacasa offers a competitive compensation of $26 - $28 per hour, with actual pay varying based on your skills and experience. Additionally, eligible employees may receive up to $100 per month as a car allowance.
