Overview

Rho is seeking a Director of Perks & Rewards to create and scale a premium perks program for startups. You'll focus on strategic partnerships with brands that deliver real value to users. This role requires strong negotiation skills and autonomy.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in building and managing strategic partnerships, ideally within the startup ecosystem. Your experience includes negotiating high-value deals that enhance customer offerings and drive engagement. You understand the unique needs of founders and startup employees, and you are passionate about creating programs that deliver real value. You are resourceful and thrive in environments where you can take initiative and work independently. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Rho's brand and mission. You are data-driven and can analyze the success of partnerships to continuously improve the perks program.

Desirable

Experience in the financial services or tech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with perks and rewards programs. You have a network of contacts in relevant industries that can help you secure premium partnerships. A background in marketing or customer experience can also be beneficial in understanding how to position the perks program effectively.

What you'll do

As the Director of Perks & Rewards, you will define and execute the strategy for Rho's perks program, ensuring it aligns with customer needs and enhances the brand's positioning as a premium banking platform. You will identify and negotiate partnerships with top-tier brands, focusing on those that resonate with startup founders and employees. Your role will involve conducting market research to understand the competitive landscape and identifying opportunities for unique offerings that set Rho apart. You will work closely with the Head of Partnerships to ensure that the perks program is integrated into Rho's overall strategy and marketing efforts. You will also be responsible for measuring the success of the program, using data to refine and improve offerings over time. Your autonomy in this role means you will have the freedom to innovate and implement new ideas that can enhance the user experience and drive engagement.
