Cribl is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to lead the Go-To-Market strategy with Global System Integrators across the AMER region. This role focuses on building strategic partnerships to drive sales and embed Cribl into core service offerings. Experience in alliance management is essential.
You have a proven track record in alliance management, with at least 5 years of experience in building and scaling partnerships, particularly with Global System Integrators. Your entrepreneurial spirit drives you to create impactful strategies that align with business goals. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about customer success, understanding that strong partnerships are key to achieving this. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with both internal teams and external partners. You are results-oriented, with a focus on driving pipeline and accelerating sales through strategic initiatives. You are comfortable working in a remote-first environment and are adept at managing relationships across various stakeholders.
In this role, you will architect the GSI ecosystem for Cribl in the AMER region, focusing on building deep, strategic partnerships that generate revenue. You will collaborate closely with sales teams to create a force multiplier effect, ensuring that Cribl's offerings are embedded into the core services of leading consulting firms like Accenture and Deloitte. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive pipeline growth and accelerate sales through these partnerships. You will also be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Go-To-Market strategy that aligns with Cribl's mission to unlock the value of observability data. You will engage with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for collaboration and ensure that the partnerships are mutually beneficial. You will lead initiatives that enhance partner engagement and drive joint marketing efforts to promote Cribl's solutions effectively. You will also analyze market trends and partner performance to refine strategies and maximize impact.
