What you'll do

In this role, you will be the central point driving the productization efforts for Ripple's OTC trading desks. You will collaborate with the core Payments product team and RTM leadership to outline the OTC desk's services and value proposition. Your responsibilities will include crafting cohesive solutions that leverage the trading desk's strengths to integrate with Ripple's payments and other products. You will lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing the client lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration with Ripple's core product suite. You will evaluate strategic possibilities for growing Ripple's business and work closely with various product divisions to align on goals and objectives. Your role will involve conducting market research to inform product decisions and collaborating with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and tracking product performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
