You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, where you've successfully driven revenue growth and built strong relationships with clients. Your experience includes developing and executing outbound sales strategies that generate significant opportunities. You are skilled in deep discovery and qualification processes, adept at uncovering client pain points and aligning solutions to their needs. You understand the importance of value storytelling and can craft compelling narratives that resonate with stakeholders. Your technical fluency allows you to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring that you can communicate the value of complex solutions clearly. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals and drive success for your team and clients.
Experience in the AI or search technology space is a plus, as is familiarity with frameworks like MEDDPICC for deal qualification. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and have a knack for closing multi-stakeholder deals. A background in SaaS sales or similar industries will help you hit the ground running in this role.
In this role, you will own your territory and be responsible for building a robust sales pipeline. You will develop and execute a proactive outbound cadence that generates at least 50% of your booked opportunities. Your days will involve deep discovery sessions with potential clients, where you will uncover their pain points, business impacts, and decision criteria. You will leverage frameworks like MEDDPICC to prioritize high-confidence deals and ensure that your efforts are focused on the most promising opportunities. Crafting and delivering tailored narratives and live demos will be key to your success, as you tell the Elastic Search AI story in a way that resonates with your audience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are met and that you are positioned to close deals effectively.
