You are familiar with creating and maintaining automated testing suites, ensuring that testing processes are reliable and efficient. You have experience in coaching and mentoring junior quality analysts, helping them grow their skills and understanding of quality assurance practices. You are comfortable presenting your insights and advocating for quality standards within the broader tech community.

Desirable

Experience with various testing tools and frameworks is a plus, as is familiarity with industry standards and regulations that impact quality assurance practices. You are open to learning new technologies and methodologies that can enhance the quality of software products.

What you'll do

You will also represent the QA community within the organization, sharing your expertise and insights at conferences and mentoring junior team members.
