What you'll do

As an Internal Communications Intern at Robinhood, you will play a vital role in shaping the employee experience by supporting communication strategies across multiple teams. You will partner closely with the Workplace organization to bring the office environment to life, ensuring that employees feel connected and engaged. Your responsibilities will include writing and designing content for internal communications, planning events that foster community and connection, and helping to produce the weekly company All Hands meetings. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various departments, gaining insights into how effective communication drives connection at scale. This role will provide you with a front-row seat to the inner workings of a dynamic company and the chance to make a meaningful impact on the employee experience.
