What you'll do

As an Entry Level Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will start with three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of hands-on field coaching. You will learn the ins and outs of digital sales, equipping you with the skills necessary to excel in your role. You will engage with clients, build relationships, and drive sales in a supportive, people-first culture. Your responsibilities will include conducting client visits, presenting Hibu's services, and working collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets. You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary of $54,000, with the potential for uncapped commissions, leading to on-target earnings of $105,000-$115,000 in your first year.
