Engineering Manager, Currency Management

You have a strong background in building successful products and a passion for leading engineers to solve challenging problems. Your experience includes developing empathetic partnerships with other teams to understand their use-cases and unlock new capabilities. You are comfortable in an ambiguous environment and have the technical acumen to drive clarity with senior engineers about architecture and strategic decisions. Mentorship is important to you, and you care deeply about growing engineers in your team. You have experience with financial product companies and a keen interest in financial products and markets.

What you'll do

As an Engineering Manager at Stripe, you will enable your team to work with a wide range of systems, processes, and technologies to own and solve problems from end-to-end. You will support the engineering team in delivering large-scale technical efforts while also being hands-on in building key systems. Your role will involve acting as a technical mentor and leader for Stripe engineers, ensuring that they have the support they need to succeed.
