What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring that logistics for candidates and interviewers are managed with speed and accuracy. You will own the end-to-end interview scheduling process, which includes communicating with candidates to provide updates and information about their interview status. Your role will also involve supporting recruiting operations to streamline processes and improve efficiency. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth interview experience for all parties involved. As you engage with candidates, you will help create a welcoming environment that reflects Pantheon’s values and commitment to diversity.
