What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the planning, development, and deployment of various supply chain projects. You will lead efforts in supply chain planning, ensuring that capacity impacts are identified and aligned with global inventory placement. Your responsibilities will include analyzing cost reductions through process improvements and assisting with transportation optimization initiatives. You will also be tasked with developing and implementing strategies that support iHerb's operational excellence goals across its distribution centers.

You will work closely with your direct reports and the operations teams to improve efficiency and track labor standards. Your expertise will be crucial in establishing a culture of process improvement, and you will be expected to provide consistent on-site support at our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions that drive operational success.
