What you'll do

In this role, you will lead weekend purchasing and inventory management, focusing on produce while also coordinating logistics for other food commodities. You will work closely with the operations manager to ensure that all procurement activities are aligned with the company's goals. Your responsibilities will include managing cost targets, supplier relationships, and ensuring that all necessary handoffs are executed smoothly between the weekend and weekday teams. You will also be responsible for tracking inventory levels and making purchasing decisions based on demand forecasts.

You will collaborate with a large procurement team dedicated to achieving timely deliveries and maintaining high standards for food quality. Your role will require you to be adaptable and responsive to changing business needs, as you will be working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
