Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product design, particularly in creating user-centered interfaces that enhance user experiences. Your portfolio showcases your ability to design for complex systems, and you have a strong understanding of how to balance technology with human-centered design principles. You are skilled in using design tools like Figma and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every interaction is intuitive and engaging. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, engineering, and AI/ML teams to bring innovative ideas to life. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate design concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders. Bonus points if you have experience in travel tech or hospitality, as you understand the unique challenges of designing for time-sensitive, multi-step journeys.

Desirable

Experience with motion design or animation is a strong plus, particularly in guiding user attention and enhancing feedback in conversational interfaces. You are familiar with the latest trends in AI and how they can be integrated into user experiences, and you are not afraid to break conventions to invent smarter, more intuitive solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design interfaces and interactions that go beyond traditional UI, focusing on behavior, timing, and tone in multi-modal experiences, including text, voice, and visuals. You will partner with product, engineering, and AI/ML teams to create best-in-class, AI-powered travel experiences across mobile and web platforms. Your work will involve prototyping adaptive, contextual AI behaviors that feel helpful, human-like, and trustworthy, even when things go wrong. You will drive the evolution of our design language to support intelligent systems, including voice, chat, suggestion flows, and explainable AI patterns. Collaborating closely with research, data science, and content design teams, you will ground your work in user insights and behavioral trends, advocating for user trust and transparency throughout the design process.
