Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 7 years of experience at a Business Director, Client Partner, or Strategy Director level within a creative agency or technical platform. Your background includes working with major brands, focusing on brand marketing and creative strategy. You possess a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including various formats and strategies across the sales funnel, with a strong emphasis on creative execution and impact. You are a complex problem-solver who fosters a culture of creative excellence and results, and you have a passion for leveraging AI and Google products to achieve sales goals and accelerate business streams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build trusted relationships with customers, uncovering their business needs and translating them into powerful solutions that help achieve their most ambitious goals. You will collaborate with executive leadership to develop sector-specific business plans, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment. Your responsibilities will include codifying creative best practices and developing scalable sales materials, empowering teams through training and coaching to evangelize Google's creative solutions. You will also drive innovative and strategic ways to consistently deliver extraordinary outcomes for both Google and its customers, shaping the future of advertising in the AI era.
