What you'll do

As a Senior AI Engineer at Talkspace, you will lead the design and development of autonomous AI agents that are central to our behavioral health platform — your role will encompass the entire lifecycle of these agents, from conceptualization to deployment. You will leverage your expertise in Reinforcement Learning to model and influence human behavior, ensuring that our AI solutions are both effective and ethically sound.
