Overview

Amazon is hiring a Senior Account Manager to drive sales growth and improve seller retention in the IN Marketplace. You'll manage seller relationships and execute strategic account plans. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills.

You have a proven track record in account management, particularly in e-commerce or marketplace environments. Your experience includes managing relationships with key stakeholders and driving business growth through strategic planning. You excel in communication, ensuring that seller needs are met while aligning with Amazon's objectives. You are analytical, capable of conducting deep dives into seller performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. You understand the nuances of the seller experience on platforms like Amazon and are passionate about enhancing it. What you'll do

In this role, you will manage relationships with some of the largest sellers in the IN Marketplace, championing their needs and ensuring their success on the platform. You will build and execute strategic account plans that identify key business opportunities for both the seller and Amazon. You will drive new product launches and relationship extensions by collaborating with business development and onboarding teams. Your responsibilities will include analyzing seller performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for operational improvements. You will work closely with sellers to enhance their operational processes, ensuring a great consumer experience. You will also be responsible for managing key improvement initiatives and projects that align with Amazon's goals. Your role will require you to stay informed about market trends and seller needs, using this knowledge to inform your strategies and actions.
