## About the Role
This role is a unique opportunity to make a direct impact in shaping the food delivery category and the future of Uber Eats in Mexico.
As a Consumer Growth Manager, you’ll define and implement the strategy for eater acquisition, retention, and engagement across Mexico. You’ll work closely with the local Territory team and the broader Operations organization to ensure strategies are aligned and executed effectively.
This position calls for a blend of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, strong execution, and collaboration across teams.
## What You’ll Do
Strategy Development
- Design and lead a roadmap of initiatives to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Process Optimization
- Scale and refine new and existing processes to help the business operate efficiently and grow sustainably.
Budget Management
- Manage promotional budgets effectively to maximize acquisition, engagement, and retention impact.
Product Improvement
- Identify and advocate for new features that enhance the Uber Eats customer experience.
- Collaborate with central teams to prioritize and localize product rollouts for Mexico.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Build strong partnerships with cross-functional, regional, and central teams (e.g., Marketing, Community Operations, Policy, Communications, Legal) to drive long-term growth and strengthen Uber’s global network.
## Basic Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience solving analytical problems in business consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth environment.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; comfortable making data-driven decisions in complex situations.
- Ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- SQL experience is a plus.
## Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and decision-making.
