You have a foundational understanding of trade processing and reconciliation, ideally with some exposure to derivatives and fixed income products. Desirable

Experience with financial products such as Interest Rate Swaps and Credit Default Swaps is a plus. Familiarity with operational risk management and trade lifecycle events will help you excel in this role. What you'll do

As a Derivatives Trade Support Associate at Point72, you will confirm, affirm, and settle daily trade activity across a broad range of products, focusing primarily on derivatives. You will manage the verification and reconciliation of all positions with our prime brokers and trading counterparties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with operational standards. You will oversee all post-trade lifecycle events for both cleared and uncleared derivatives, playing a crucial role in maintaining operational integrity.

You will collaborate with portfolio managers and traders to resolve trade-related issues promptly, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned. Additionally, you will assist in monitoring and reducing foreign currency exposure through the execution of FX transactions, contributing to the firm's overall risk management strategy. You will also participate in the onboarding process for new investment teams, providing account setup and platform training to ensure a smooth transition.
