Google is seeking a Strategy and Operations Principal Lead for their Global Commercial Enablement team. You'll drive strategic initiatives and improve global sales execution. This role requires extensive experience in management consulting or business strategy.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory. If you hold an advanced degree, you have 6 years of experience. Your background includes a minimum of 5 years working with executive stakeholders, and you have experience managing, coaching, and developing a team of three or more direct reports in a relevant business. You are a strategic thinker who can translate complex business needs into actionable recommendations, and you possess strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
An MBA degree is preferred, and having 10 years of experience in the aforementioned fields, or 8 years with an advanced degree, will set you apart. You are comfortable creating and delivering clear communications and presentations tailored to various audience levels, supporting strategic recommendations and implementation considerations based on both quantitative and qualitative analyses and research.
In this role, you will be a key player in improving how our global sales teams execute go-to-market strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership to deliver on project priorities, drive alignment, and enable decision-making. Your responsibilities will include managing strategic initiatives that drive growth across core activation levers, such as sales incentives and product prioritization. You will also oversee the development of collateral, training, and tools that our sellers use daily. Your ability to understand and analyze business development topics will be crucial in this role, as will your capacity to create compelling presentations that communicate strategic insights effectively.
