Handshake is seeking Bill and Account Collectors to contribute to an AI training project. You'll evaluate AI model outputs and provide feedback based on your professional experience. No prior AI experience is required.
You have at least 4 years of professional experience in roles related to billing and account collection. Your background equips you to evaluate AI models effectively, providing insights that enhance their understanding of workplace tasks and language. You are comfortable working independently and can manage your time flexibly, averaging 5-20 hours per week. You are eager to learn new skills and contribute to the development of AI in your field, even if you have no prior experience with AI technologies.
In this role, you will leverage your professional experience to assess AI model outputs related to billing and account collection. You will develop prompts that reflect your field and evaluate the responses generated by the AI. Your feedback will be crucial in refining the AI's understanding of the nuances in your work. The position is remote and allows for asynchronous work, meaning you can complete tasks from anywhere at your convenience. You will also have the opportunity to participate in various projects as they become available throughout the year, contributing to ongoing AI research.
