Microsoft is hiring a Global Solution Architect for M365 Copilot to drive AI transformation and customer success. You'll collaborate with engineering and business leaders to design innovative solutions leveraging Microsoft’s products. This role requires expertise in Azure.
You have a strong background in solution architecture, particularly with Microsoft technologies, and a passion for driving customer success through innovative solutions. Your experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-powered business solutions that deliver real value to customers. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to the success of your team and customers alike.
Experience with M365 Copilot or similar AI technologies is a plus, as is a background in consulting or customer success roles. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools will help you navigate the fast-paced environment at Microsoft. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies and approaches as the landscape of AI and customer solutions evolves.
