Overview

Axon is hiring an Account Executive (Inside Sales) to sell their suite of products to law enforcement customers. You'll engage in outbound prospecting and account management, requiring experience in sales and proficiency with Salesforce. This role is based in Boston with a hybrid work model.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent applicable experience and at least 1 year of experience in a full cycle sales role. You are familiar with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems, and you possess strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. You thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment and have excellent communication, telephone, and time management skills. Your energetic self-starter attitude drives you to succeed in a challenging role.

What you'll do

As an Inside Sales Representative at Axon, you will be responsible for developing and executing a regional sales plan through outbound prospecting and lead generation. You will manage both outbound and inbound accounts, providing effective product demonstrations for end-user customers via phone and web conferencing. Your role will involve promoting Axon's ecosystem of hardware, software, and service solutions while attending training sessions to develop your industry expertise. You will take ownership of your sales targets and work collaboratively with the Inside Sales Manager to drive results.
