You have a proven track record in recruitment and sales, demonstrating your ability to generate new job orders and establish strong client relationships. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by achieving performance objectives. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively engage with candidates and clients alike. You are comfortable using various prospecting methods, including phone calls, social media, and in-person meetings, to connect with potential clients and candidates. You understand the importance of maintaining a target list and developing client relationships to drive revenue and profitability. You are adaptable and open to learning, always seeking to improve your skills and knowledge in the recruitment field.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales and increasing revenue by recruiting top talent to fulfill client job orders. You will conduct prospecting activities, including phone calls and social media outreach, to establish and maintain a target list of potential clients. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to effectively plan and deliver recruitment projects. Your ability to manage new and open job orders will be crucial to your success in this position. You will also be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and that you are providing them with the best candidates available. You will track your performance against objectives and continuously seek ways to improve your recruitment strategies.
