Stripe is hiring an Operations Associate for their GTM Accelerate team to drive user adoption and streamline operational processes. You'll work with financial systems and assist in technical integrations. This role requires proficiency in programming languages and experience in online payments.
You are a dynamic and curious individual with a passion for solving global user issues and building operations. You have experience in financial systems such as ERP and Accounting, and you understand the intricacies of online payments and e-commerce platforms. Your proficiency in one or more languages, including French, German, Spanish, or Italian, enhances your ability to communicate effectively with diverse users. You have experience delivering live technical training or webinars to external users, showcasing your ability to convey complex information clearly. Familiarity with code-level debugging in languages such as Python, Ruby, or Node.js is a plus, as it allows you to assist users in technical integration effectively.
In this role, you will be part of Stripe's Professional Services team, specifically within the Accelerate team, which is responsible for guiding users through the critical 'zero-to-one' phase of their journey with Stripe. You will partner with developers and technical leaders to ensure they deploy quickly and integrate with high quality. Your primary goal will be to eliminate friction and reduce implementation risk, thereby accelerating time-to-revenue for our users. You will engage with users to understand their needs and provide tailored support throughout their onboarding process. As part of the new global team launching Stripe Delivery Centers, you will play a front-line role in building operations for the next decade. Your contributions will directly impact how users experience Stripe's capabilities, ensuring they derive strategic value from our platform immediately.
