As a Customer Solutions Consultant at Hudl, you will support the sales journey by partnering with Account Executives to provide pre-sales expertise. You will engage with Tier 1 and Tier 2 elite clients, helping them solve complex performance problems through our Pro Suite solutions, specifically WIMU. Your role will involve advising clients on high-performance workflows and sharing insights with internal teams to shape future product development. You will conduct product demonstrations and training sessions, ensuring clients understand how to maximize the value of our offerings. You will also gather feedback from clients to inform product innovation and enhancements. Your insights will be crucial in helping Hudl maintain its position as a leader in sports technology.
