You have experience in managing and training teams, ensuring that they deliver the best service for customers. You understand the importance of creating a safe working environment and are proactive in identifying safety opportunities across your work area. You are skilled in adjusting labor allocation to meet and exceed operational plans and forecasts, demonstrating your ability to manage resources effectively. You have a knack for engaging with support functions and other departments to address common issues in performance, showcasing your collaborative spirit. You are comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and thrive in a dynamic environment where every day presents new challenges.
