Your ability to partner with engineering and design teams allows you to translate vision into a clear, outcome-driven roadmap with measurable success criteria.

What you'll do

As the Head of Product at Flowhub, you will own and articulate the long-term product vision that aligns with the company's strategy and customer needs. You will partner closely with the CTO, engineering, and design teams to translate this vision into a clear, outcome-driven roadmap. Your role will involve leading product discovery efforts, including customer research and problem validation, to ensure that the product meets market demands.

You will be responsible for making principled tradeoffs between speed, quality, and scope, ensuring that your team can deliver high-quality products on time. Your leadership will guide the product team in defining success metrics and measuring outcomes, allowing for continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.

In addition to strategic responsibilities, you will build and scale the product team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. You will mentor team members, helping them grow in their roles and encouraging them to take ownership of their work. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the product and design organization as Flowhub scales.
