You have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience leading financial operations in a corporate environment. You are skilled in preparing accurate financial statements and have a proven track record of collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency. Your analytical skills allow you to track and analyze key performance indicators effectively, providing valuable insights to improve margins. You are comfortable working with independent auditors and have experience supporting year-end audit requests. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to work closely with General Managers and other team members to drive financial performance.

What you'll do

As the Controller, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering accurate monthly financial statements for multiple sites. You will coordinate with independent auditors to support year-end audit requests and inquiries, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting. Collaborating with General Managers, you will work to improve operational efficiency and financial results, leading budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. You will develop management reports and perform ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making. Additionally, you will track and analyze key performance indicators, providing recommendations to enhance financial performance across the organization.
