In this role, you will own the performance metrics for assigned cities, acting as the primary point of accountability for their outcomes. You will analyze city-level trends and performance drivers, identifying root causes of underperformance and translating insights into actionable recommendations. Your role will involve close collaboration with Strategy & Planning and Central Operations teams, ensuring that geo-specific insights are effectively communicated and acted upon. You will also be responsible for shaping best practices that can be applied across multiple cities, driving consistency and efficiency in operations. Your ability to interpret performance relative to defined targets will be crucial in surfacing where and why geos are diverging from expectations. You will recommend and drive geo-level interventions that can accelerate growth, ensuring that your cities are positioned for success.
