ChowNow is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager to enhance website performance as a revenue-driving growth engine. This role involves optimizing conversion rates across various traffic sources. Experience in digital marketing and analytics is essential.
You have a strong background in conversion rate optimization and digital marketing, with a proven track record of improving website performance and driving revenue growth. You are data-driven and analytical, using metrics to inform your strategies and decisions. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate your ideas clearly and influence stakeholders. You are proactive and take initiative, always seeking new opportunities to enhance the user experience and increase conversions. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously learning and evolving in your role.
Experience with A/B testing and user experience design is a plus. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, or similar platforms will help you excel in this position. A background in the restaurant or food tech industry can provide valuable insights into our customer base and their needs.
